As a versatile educator and teacher, he has taught English, math, reading, social studies, and physical education, while also coaching grades 6\u201312 boys' and girls' basketball, football, volleyball, and soccer.\r\n        <\/p>\r\n\r\n        <p>\r\n          This profound, frontline experience with at-risk youth inspired Frederick to innovate outside the classroom.
