Frederick L. Reeves is a dynamic Educator, EdTech Innovator, and Storyteller dedicated to empowering students through impactful narratives, equitable practices, and educational technology. A licensed K-12 Administrator and Director of Special Education, Frederick possesses a rare, 360-degree understanding of school ecosystems built across a distinguished 31-year career.
He climbed the ranks of public education from the ground up starting as a classroom Teacher’s Assistant and Educational Assistant before advancing into vital support roles as a Cultural Specialist, Behavior Interventionist, and School Counselor. As a versatile educator and teacher, he has taught English, math, reading, social studies, and physical education, while also coaching grades 6–12 boys' and girls' basketball, football, volleyball, and soccer.
This profound, frontline experience with at-risk youth inspired Frederick to innovate outside the classroom. He is the creator of the Street Therapy Interactive Behavior Management Curriculum Training Manual Vol. 2 and recently secured two patents (2022-2023) for his groundbreaking K-12 Behavior Management Educational Technology Software (STI-BMC).
